These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Visibility Storyboard and any other digital products sold through this Site are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to your product via the delivery method specified at checkout (email link, Stan Store account, or similar platform).
Digital products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share access to any digital product without express written permission from Elizabeth Smith. Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license to the purchaser only.
All digital products are delivered in their current form. We do not guarantee that any product will meet every individual's specific business needs or produce specific results. Results depend on your individual effort, experience, and market conditions.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.
This policy exists because digital products — including workbooks, video training, templates, and content systems — are delivered in full at the moment of purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to review all product descriptions, sales page content, and any available previews carefully. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us at [email protected] before completing your purchase.
Exceptions: In the rare event of a technical failure that prevents you from accessing a product you have paid for, and where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will work with you to either restore access or issue a credit toward a future purchase. To request assistance, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
For paid strategy sessions and service engagements, the following terms apply:
Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date. This deposit secures your time on the calendar and covers pre-session preparation work, including your Visibility Audit.
Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the session deposit. Rescheduling with adequate notice is accommodated once at no additional charge.
Cancellation by Company: In the unlikely event that Elizabeth Smith must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
Deliverables: Written deliverables (such as the Visibility Roadmap) are provided within the timeframe communicated at booking. Delivery timelines may vary based on session complexity and scheduling.
All products and services offered by Elizabeth Smith are educational and strategic in nature. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes, revenue results, follower growth, or client acquisition as a result of using our products or services.
Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared on this Site represent individual results and are not typical. Your results will depend on your individual effort, consistency, market conditions, industry, and many other factors outside our control.
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video scripts, frameworks, and digital product content — is the intellectual property of Elizabeth Smith and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
The SOS Framework (Story, Own, System) is a proprietary methodology developed by Elizabeth Smith. You may apply the framework to your own business, but you may not teach, license, or resell it as your own methodology without written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal license to use the materials for your own business. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
This Site uses third-party platforms including Stan Store for product delivery, HoneyBook for scheduling, MailerLite for email marketing, and Bonjoro for client communications. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elizabeth Smith and elizabethsos.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site, any product, or any service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or service purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or service.
