Client Case Study · Feb 23 – Apr 16, 2026
From zero online presence to 22,700+ organic views in 52 days — with no paid ads, no influencer partnerships, and no viral moments. Just a clear story, a defined message, and a content system built to compound.
The Challenge
Three Little Pigs Construction had years of completed projects, satisfied clients, and deep trade expertise. What they did not have was a digital presence that reflected any of it. Their work spoke for itself in person — but online, they were effectively invisible.
The goal was not to turn them into content creators. It was to build a system that let their expertise do the talking — consistently, without burning out, and without sounding like anyone other than themselves.
The Approach
The engagement started with a 60–90 day marketing roadmap built around Three Little Pigs' core strengths: Mila's real estate and renovation expertise, Roman's hands-on general contracting leadership, and a rare combination of premium results and a warm, client-friendly process that sets them apart in North County San Diego.
The strategy is structured in three phases. Phase 1 (complete) focused on positioning and trust — clarifying the message, updating their digital presence, and making it immediately obvious what they do, who they serve, and why they're different. Phase 2 (complete) built the proof content engine: a weekly rhythm of project updates, before/after content, and Mila voiceover walkthroughs — each project repurposed into 4–6 posts to maximize reach without requiring constant new footage.
Phase 3 (launching now) introduces Mila's Expertise Series — short-form videos answering common kitchen remodel questions — alongside partner-friendly content targeting realtors, investors, and Airbnb owners. Lead capture will follow, converting the growing audience into a direct inquiry pipeline.
What Was Built
Beyond the numbers, Three Little Pigs received a complete done-with-you visibility system: a custom content strategy, a branded Canva template suite, and a monthly content plan — everything needed to show up consistently without starting from scratch each week.

Results
Facebook (10,374) and Instagram (12,324) combined for 22,698 total views since Feb 23, driven entirely by organic content with zero paid spend across the entire period.
Facebook views went from 1,588 in Month 1 to 8,786 in Month 2 — a 454% increase — showing the content strategy is compounding as the audience grows and the algorithm rewards consistency.
Audiences have collectively watched nearly 15 hours of Three Little Pigs content on Facebook since Feb 23. This is the strongest signal of content quality — people are watching, not just scrolling.
Instagram content interactions grew from a near-zero baseline to 481 total, including likes, comments, and shares. The engagement rate is accelerating as the audience becomes more familiar with the brand.
Instagram reach grew from 977 in Month 1 to 3,500+ cumulative, with the majority coming from non-followers — confirming the content is reaching new potential clients consistently.
Month 2 outperformed Month 1 on Facebook views (+454%), reach (+107%), and interactions (+38%). The trajectory is pointing upward across every platform and metric.
