The Problem
When I first connected with Precision EMDR, she wasn't starting from scratch. She had a website, a program ready to launch, and was already working with a marketing agency on blogs and content. The problem was they were overcharging her and underdelivering. The content wasn't converting. The social presence wasn't growing. And she had no system to actually support a launch.
She came to me wanting help with marketing, but what she really needed was someone to come in, cut what wasn't working, and build the infrastructure that would actually move the needle. I came in to support her launch, and from there the project grew into something much bigger: a full content system, a brand suite, event coverage, and a team built around her goals.
The goal was clear: promote and market her EMDR certification program to attract the right professionals , specifically therapists, counselors, and psychologists ready to integrate EMDR into their private practice, and build the systems to do it consistently, without starting from scratch every launch.

This wasn't a single project. It grew into a full business build. Here's how we went from a stalled launch to a sold-out program and a team built to keep growing.
She came to me wanting help with marketing , and the first thing I did was cut what wasn't working. I came in to support her launch: clarifying the message, building a cohesive brand suite, and creating the content and launch materials needed to bring her program to the right audience. We replaced the agency's output with content that actually served the launch.
After the launch, we shifted focus to building something sustainable. I mapped and implemented a full content repurposing system , YouTube long-form video flowing into blog posts, email newsletters, and social content. Every piece of content worked harder, reaching more of her audience without requiring more of her time.
As the business grew, I helped her build the team around it. I connected her with a VA, an ads strategist, and a funnel designer , not random referrals, but intentional introductions based on exactly where the business was and what it needed next. Each person I brought in extended what was possible without adding to her plate.
I led a 2-day event coverage shoot , capturing team interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and training content that became social proof, promotional material, and evergreen content for future cohort launches. The footage gave the brand a human face and a library of assets to draw from long after the cameras were put away.

The EMDR certification program sold out twice while we worked together , 31 therapists, counselors, and psychologists enrolled. She has continued filling cohorts and growing her business after our project concluded.
I mapped the full marketing strategy: cold traffic through organic SEO and paid ads, warm nurturing through long-form content, social media, and email, and hot conversion through direct response and discovery calls. My role was to build the game plan and connect the right specialists to execute it. The funnel strategist and ads strategist took full ownership of their strategies and implementation . I made sure the right people were in the right seats.
By the end of our engagement, she had a VA handling operations, an ads strategist running paid traffic, and a funnel designer managing the tech stack , all people I connected her with. She could finally focus on delivering the program instead of running every piece of the business herself.
The YouTube → blog → email → social repurposing system I built means every new video creates four touchpoints across four channels. The content engine runs consistently without requiring a full-time content team . It was designed to work without her in it.
